Terms and Conditions of IPG Tickets

This page outlines the Terms and Conditions of IPG tickets, bookings and promotions.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least two weeks ahead.
• When you wish to book your event and in order to confirm your booking, you will be asked to pre-purchase your initial paintballs. This pre-payment varies between centres and will never exceed $50 per person for each player’s first 200 paintballs.
• Payments are subject to a handling fee of 5.99%
• Paintballs are not included in the price of the IPG ticket.
• You can buy further paintballs on the day of your event from as little as $20 per 100 paintballs in smaller quantities and from $14 per 100 paintballs in bulk quantities. (prices vary between centres and may change without notice).
• It is up to each player to decide how many paintballs they will use in a day. It is not possible for IPG to specify how many paintballs a player will get through; the best practice is for all players to ask themselves “how much do I want to spend?” and then stick to that.
• Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre on the day of your event may be used at the centre.
• The minimum age for participation may vary between centres and should be checked at the time of booking.
• Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control and the location map is for guidance only. If you require a particular location, and no other, you must contact IPG to confirm the availability of that location (on the date you require) within 10 days of purchasing these tickets, otherwise IPG simply undertakes to maintain redemption agreements covering a minimum of two such participating venues within New Zealand.
• If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited.
• If you wish to change your mind about the purchase of these tickets you may, at any time within 10 days of purchase, return this booklet in its entirety to IPG, PO Box 84 - 073, Westgate Massey 0657, notifying us of your wish to cancel the tickets and receive a refund of the purchase price. Refunds may attract an administration fee and take up to 21 working days to process. Please note that in the absence of misrepresentation, once this refund period has passed, the terms and conditions of the ticket will become binding and it will not be possible to refund you the cost of the ticket.
• IPG tickets are only sold by IPG at its business premises; they may be sold elsewhere by third parties who are authorised to use IPG’s banking facilities – if you pay by credit card it will appear on your statement as “International Paintball Group”. If you redeem your tickets at one of the paintball centres denoted on the map you will make your subsequent payment to IPG, but any payments made on the day of your event, will be made to the paintball centre of your choice.
• Persons selling these tickets are not authorised to alter or vary the terms in any way. The terms and conditions of this offer are detailed on this ticket, and no other provisions apply. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This promotion and the advertised discount are accurate at time of printing. We cannot affect specials and discounts offered by individual site operators.

Terms and Conditions for an IPG refund Application

• Refunds may take up to 21 working days, from date of postage, to process
• IPG must receive the purchased booklet/s in order to process the refund
• Refunds may attract an Administration Fee
• IPG will only process the refund once
• In absence of misrepresentation, once the 10 day refund period has passed, the original Terms and Conditions of the ticket will become binding and it will not be possible to to refund you the cost of the ticket
